The vile Miss Blimpetta has Power Dude at her mercy with the help of some devious gadgets. At this I'm sure he's wishing that the villainess would've just stuck with her traditional scheme of turning him into a balloon.

Not my best coloring but I thought I should try to color more of these so it was good practice.
